9th - 13th OCTOBER, 2023
The WEEKEND BEFORE the challenge you will receive the meal plan and shopping list so you can get prepared. You'll also then have access to the Facebook group where you can introduce yourslf and post questions which I will aim to answer during the Facebook lives.
DAY 1 we will run through the programme and do some goal setting.
DAY 2 we will run through the meal plan and talk about swaps/adjustments you can make to the plan.
DAY 3 we will talk about the importance of fibre.
DAY 4 we will look at the importance of sleep for weight loss and overall health.
DAY 5 will be catching up on questions and looking at what to do after the challenge.
