Optimise your health testing package

Testing takes away the guesswork

WHY TEST?

If you suffer with niggling health issues or simply want to know what's going on "on the inside", targeted testing can be a game changer for helping you make the changes you need to see improvements in your health. And let's face it, who doesn't want to feel their best?!
We're all unique, which is why following the latest faddish advice or celebrity endorsement will unlikely yield improvements. Testing can help you find the 'root cause' of your symptoms and seeing a result in black and white can be extremely motivating. Optimum health is always our goal, and we also look for optimal levels in tests, not just whether you're within range. You will also be sent a health questionnaire to complete, which we will analyse to see how your results may be affecting your symptoms, resulting in a personalised plan of action.

How does it work?

Once you have purchased your package you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your blood draw. You will have the option to either visit a testing centre that is convenient to you (additional £35), arrange a private nurse to visit your home (£55) or make your own arrangements to have blood professionally drawn. Either way a test kit will be posted to you.
