Looking for a programme to support you as you reach your health goals?

We all have different needs, different levels of knowledge about health and nutrition, and all require different levels of support to help us reach our goals.

Health and wellbeing packages include tailor-made dietary and lifestyle advice and coaching, food diary analysis and menu plans where appropriate, interpretation of any test results, as well as discount codes on certain supplements should they be required. The length of each programme will vary, as will the level of support. Most people need at least 4 weeks for lasting change to take place, so please bear than in mind. A tailored programme to provide the tools to kick start your health journey. Perfect if you're looking for a diet overhaul, to make minor health improvements or looking for expert advice for a particular health concern.

Includes:

  • 1 hour initial consultation including health assessment and food diary analysis
  • Personal action plan
  • 4 x 30 minute telephone/Skype calls

Advanced 12-week Health and Wellbeing Programme

A 12-week programme designed to offer that extra level of support to reinforce new habits and help you reach your health goals.

Includes:

  • 1 hour initial consultation, health assessment and food diary analysis
  • Personal action plan
  • Fortnightly phone/Zoom calls
  • Online support
  • Bespoke meal plan and shopping lists or recipe suggestion in keeping with your health goals

VIP 12-week Health and Wellbeing programme

12-week VIP programme for those with more complex health/lifestye challenges or who simply want more in terms of support and coaching. Perfect if you're looking for that extra level of support and accountability to help you reach your health goals.

Includes:

  • Personal action plan
  • Weekly phone/Zoom calls
  • Bespoke meal plan, shopping list and recipe suggestions
