Programmes
Looking for a programme to support you as you reach your health goals?
We all have different needs, different levels of knowledge about health and nutrition, and all require different levels of support to help us reach our goals.
Health and wellbeing packages include tailor-made dietary and lifestyle advice and coaching, food diary analysis and menu plans where appropriate, interpretation of any test results, as well as discount codes on certain supplements should they be required. The length of each programme will vary, as will the level of support. Most people need at least 4 weeks for lasting change to take place, so please bear than in mind. If you are unsure of which package might be best for you please get in touch for an introductory call to discuss.

Essential 6-week Health and Wellbeing Programme
A tailored programme to provide the tools to kick start your health journey. Perfect if you're looking for a diet overhaul, to make minor health improvements or looking for expert advice for a particular health concern.
Includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation including health assessment and food diary analysis
- Personal action plan
- 4 x 30 minute telephone/Skype calls
Advanced 12-week Health and Wellbeing Programme
A 12-week personalised programme designed to offer that extra level of support to reinforce new habits and delve a little deeper to help you reach your health goals.
Includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation
- Health assessment
- Food diary analysis
- Personal action plan
- Fortnightly phone/Zoom calls
- Online support
- Bespoke meal plan and shopping lists or recipe suggestion in keeping with your health goals
VIP 12-week Health and Wellbeing Programme
VIP programme for those with more complex health/lifestye challenges or who simply want more in terms of support and coaching. Tailor made to meet your needs. Perfect if you're looking for that extra level of support and accountability to help you reach your health goals.
Includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation
- Health assessment questionnaire
- Food diary analysis
- Personal action plan
- Weekly phone/Zoom calls
- Online support
- Bespoke meal plan, shopping list and recipe suggestions

In need of some one-off support to help you resolve small niggling issues?
Includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation

- The cost of the MOT can be offset against the cost of a package if further support needed
A 21-day weight loss programme for those serious about weight loss and committed to making necessary adjustments to provide lasting weight loss.
Includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation
- Health assessment questionnaire
- Food diary analysis
- 21-day bespoke meal plan/recipe guide
- Follow-up appointment
- If based in London we will record measurements at the start and end of the programme via a Tania Body Composition Monitor, otherwise you will self-record measurements on your own scales
Metabolic Balance programme
Metabolic balance® is an all-natural healthy eating programme based on real food - no diet pills, magic shakes or calorie counting involved. The 3-month programme includes:
- Comprehensive blood test (worth over £300) to create your plan
- Individualized food list and menu plan covering all phases of the programme
- Six consultations - 3 face-to-face and 3 either via Skype or telephone
- A follow-up blood test at the end of the plan (worth over £200)
- Recipe ideas and meal suggestions
- Reasonable telephone and email support between consultations
- Blood tests are taken in central London. If outside London please contact to discuss options (courier charge excluded)
