Hi, I'm Lisa, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Sports Nutritionist and Weight Loss Coach. I love helping people achieve their health, weight and performance goals.

For now consultations are mostly online, though I can see clients in either my Notting Hill or Marylebone clinic, if required.
