Next group programme starting Thursday 23rd April, 2026

A 30-day plan which pulls together core elements of my work with clients. This is offered as a plan with weekly online live (and recorded) Zoom sessions where you can ask questions and get support with the plan. It is full of plenty of information to support you along the way.

The key principles of the plan are:

  • ~30g protein per meal (with guidance on how to tweak this to suit your needs)
  • 30g fibre per day
  • 30 different plants per week (if you follow all the recipes)
  • for 30 days

You have access to the plan from Thursday 23rd April, 2026 and will receive:

  • Recipe guides each week with tips on mealprep to make life easier
  • Supporting information, relevant guides and handouts throughout the 30 days
  • Shopping lists
  • Weekly live Q&A sessions with me, recorded for those who can’t make it. Dates are:
    – Thursday 23rd April, 2026 at 5 pm
    – Tuesday 28th April, 2026 at 1 pm
    – Wednesday 6th May, 2026 at 6 pm
    – Thursday 14th May, 2026 at 10 am
    – Thursday 21st May, 2026 at 10 am
